Mojo Monday 132

Good mojo Monday to you all! Still suffering from a pretty bad cold on my end but again I had this card done earlier last week so I am all set to show you my sample for my mojo card. This week you have a choice of whether to do a circle or square card. The sample and sketch are below for you.

I printed off my adorable egg-cited Cocoa from Sweet N Sassy stamps onto Neenah white (available at Paper Temptress). I colored it with my copics, used a clear spica glitter pen on the blue stripes, and very carefully cut it out and attached with popdots. I sponged around the image while still in the nestie. I added a pearl to each of the scallops and sewed the edges.

Supplies-
stamps- Sweet N Sassy digi image Egg-cited Cocoa
CS- Neenah white, SU dp, SU bliss blue
accessories- nestabilities, pearls, copics, spica glitter pen, sewing machine, satin ribbon

Hope you can play along with us this week. You can check out the sketch details and the terrific samples on the mojo Monday blog. Have a great day!!

Sweet N Sassy sponsoring Friday Sketchers

Hi there! What a week here for me. I have a doozy of a cold so I am very glad that I did this card earlier in the week when I was not feeling sick yet. The sketch this week from Friday sketchers is being sponsored by Sweet N Sassy stamps. So, one lucky participant in the challenge is going to receive 2 digis free by random drawing. I tend to really like their sketches and this week is no exception. The sketch and my sample are below.

I colored my adorable benjamin bunny image with copics and then went over the image at the end with my copics using light feathery strokes to simulate fur. I sponged on some baja ink behind him to create a shadow and then sewed around the edges.

This card was also created for the Verve Project parade and this month's theme is Fun with Flowers. What a great theme in time for the start of spring! So for my flowers...the dp, the primas, and the flower in the pot on the image.

Supplies:
digi image- Sweet N Sassy stamps Benjamin bunny
CS- Paper Temptress Neenah white and berrylicious, SU rust and dp
accessories- primas, white brads, sparkle brads, circle cutter, lace, copics

I hope you will be able to play along with this week's sketch. You can get all the info on the Friday sketchers blog.

Also, don't forget to check out the Verve Project Parade on the Verve blog. There are some great prizes being offered!

Hello there, it's mojo Monday!! I did not get to play along last week since I have been having some sinus issues due to the change in the weather but I had some relief this weekend thankfully and was able to join in for this week. Below is the sketch and my sample for you.

This is a great sketch for showcasing a sentiment or scripture which is what I have done today. I printed off my scripture from Sweet N Sassy stamps onto Paper Temptress blanc sparkle then sponged light blue ink around it (not showing well in the photo for some reason this time).

Supplies:
stamps- Sweet N Sassy stamps Sing unto the Lord digi
CS- Paper Temptress basis red, blanc sparkle, jellybean green poptones, blue ruche; SU dp
accessories- pearls, fancy tags, circle nesties, satin ribbon, sewing machine

Thank you for coming by today! Be sure to check out the awesome samples that the mojo makers have for you on the mojo Monday blog. Details on this week's sketch can be found there too.

PaperTemptress and Kitchen Sink Stamps are partnering up for a St. Patty's day celebration (we have hidden a pot of gold LOL) so be sure to visit PaperTemptress's Community blog to find out where to go to get the first piece of the puzzle (which is a phrase). Once you have all of the pieces of the puzzle you can enter to win Kitchen Sink Stamps newly released Multi Step Shamrock and Clover, 1 each of 2 inks - Memento Cottage Ivy & Pear Tart and St. Patty's KSS Green Package which is the stamps and paper that are spotlighted in the treasure hunt! A lot of fun and a giveaway so celebrate St. Patty's day with us (make sure to bring green paper LOL)!

Here is my card sample for you using Kitchen Sink's Shamrocks and Clovers. I however decided to do something a little different since St.Patrick's day is passed and since I usually don't make st patty cards. So, I made my "shamrock" into a flower. See what you think.

accessories- sewing machine, rhinestones, pearl, stickles, SU eyelet lace punch

There are no words hidden on my blog for the poem today but thanks for stopping on by and be sure to visit Holley's blog where there just might be something hidden ;).
