I used the balloon die from the birthday bash die set along with the mini tag bundle both from Sweet N Sassy Stamps.
On the inside I created a fun pop up tier of presents and used the Celebrating Milestones stamp set to personalize the birthday sentiment.
The dp is from Stampin Up and I used brilliant blue and bashful blue card stock.
