I die cut the white snowflake using the largest die and then matted the negative on navy card stock and popped the snowflake up with foam tape over the top of it. Rhinestones were used to finish it off.

Lovely card Janette. I really like how you positioned the snowflake back into the die-cut. The dark blue looks great underneath.
