Today I am sharing a card that I made for my daughter's friend who is turning 8 and whose birthday party is this coming weekend.

I created some patterned paper for the bg using the #8 from the set.  I stamped the bg in pixie pink, coastal cabana, pink pirouette, and orchid opulence.  Kids love to see their age on a card so creating a number bg works great.  Now, if you made patterned paper with my age on it.....well not as great lol.  The sentiment is from the Birthday Bash set which coordinates so well with the numbers.

Here is my card that I would like to share with you today:

I colored the beautiful lotus image with copics (RV0000, RV000, RV00, RV52, RV55, YG03, YG06, BG0000, BG000, BG01).  I matted the image on pixie pink and shimmer white using marvelous squares spellbinders dies.

Sparkly Wildflowers

Hello and Happy Saturday!

Today, I want to share a card with you that I made using the Dazzling Diamonds technique

I started by coloring directly on my Wildflowers stamp with SU markers in Pretty in Pink and Celery (both of which have just retired-boo hop) and stamping the image onto white CS.  I then covered the entire oval with my Versamark pad and embossed it with Iridescent Ice ep.  I love how sparkly it is :).

accessories/tools- SU iridescent ice ep, SU markers, pearls, Spellbinder labels and oval dies, SU celery organdy ribbon, sewing machine, baja breeze ink sponged.

Oh Happy Day

Hey everyone!  I hope that you are having a wonderful day.  I am getting ready to head to Syracuse and spend the weekend with my BFF Korin Sutherland of Sweet N Sassy stamps as well as 2 of my fellow DT members- Diane Zechman and CathyMac who I will get to meet for the first time in person. I think we will have a great time.  If you are in the Syracuse area, be sure to stop by and see us at the Just Too Fun promotions stamp show being held at Onondaga College.

Today I am sharing a CAS card that I made for the Addicted to CAS challenge which is Circles.  I am pleased with how it came out and hope you like it too.

I used the Happy Place stamp set from Sweet N Sassy stamps which I colored with copics and added my circles (buttons) to the centers.  Pretty cute I think :).

Praying for you

Today I would like to share a card with you using the SCS sketch that I am hostessing.

I sponged the scene with not quite navy, baja breeze, and soft sky and then stamped the image from The Sea in versafine black.  The moon was created by masking the area with a post it cut out with a circle.  Michelle Zindorf has some great tutorials that you can check out that shows you how to create scenes.
