High Hopes POTM

The card I have to share today I made a couple weeks ago and I am glad that I can finally post it. I am so excited because my card is the sample on the high hopes website for the project of the month (POTM). I colored my image with prismapencils and gamsol as well as adding some twinkling H2Os for shading. The spots on the dragon were accented with a spica glitter pen and stickles were added to the flower center and the ribbon and rosette. The ribbon was stamped on white and cut out. The sentiment was stamped on a ribbon tag and sponged in the die.
