High Hopes challenge 23- Buttons

This week's high hopes challenge is to use buttons on your card and is brought to us by Niki. I was able to make 2 samples for this challenge. I was not able to post much this week so double the eye candy today LOL. Here is my first card:



The fairy was colored with copics and cut out. I used angel wings shimmerz on the wings and accented the hat with stickles. I cut a square from my dp and then cut it in half diagonally twice. I sewed the 4 sections onto my matte then adhered my nesties over it followed by the image on pop dots.

My second card also used the sketch and color challenges this week on SCS. Again, I used copics to color my image and then I sponged some ground. I sewed around my image and a border around the edge of the card. I tied a button around my bow with twine. The bow in her hair and the flower centers were accented with stickles.
