Today I have a card to share with you that I made just for fun. I think I will give it to my husband for Valentines Day. My Favorite Things has a guest designer contest every month and this month they gave us a fabulous sketch to use for the contest entries. I really enjoyed making this card and I am happy with how it came out, hope you like it too. Take a look:
To create my card, I used Lovey Dovey sentiments. I masked off the "only one" and stamped the rest of the sentiment with kraft ink and then went back with a pink marker to stamp the rest of the sentiment. I used a spica clear glitter pen over the pink for a touch of sparkle. I distressed part of the bg panel with kraft ink before sewing around the edges.
Here is a look at the inside of the card:
Supplies used:
Stamps- My Favorite Things Lovey Dovey sentiments
patterned paper- MME Hazel and Prima Madeline
Cardstock- MFT kraft, sno cone, pink lemonade, whip cream
Dies- MFT Fishtails (for inside), Nestabilities circles, SNSS heart die
Ink- MFT sno cone, MFT kraft, SU pink marker
Accessories- twine, button, sewing machine, paper piercer, pearls, MS border punch, foam tape
Thanks for visiting!!

Love You!
Yesterday, I was the sketch challenge hostess on Splitcoast. So, today I thought I would share the sample card that I made for the sketch. I hope you like it.
I used the new Bottom of my Heart set from Sweet N Sassy stamps along with the matching Heart Dies again. I seriously love this set, I have used it quite a bit lol. The hearts were stamped and die cut, then mounted with foam tape on top of the circles which were sponged with pink ink while still in the circle die. I then accented each with buttons and twine. Easy peasy. I really like these colors together.
Supplies:
Stamps- SNSS Bottom of my Heart
Cardstock- SU riding hood red, baja breeze, PT sparkle white
Ink- SU pink pirouette, baja breeze, riding hood red
Accessories- SNSS heart dies, SU buttons, twine, foam tape, sewing machine, circle nest abilities
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Fussy and Fancy- circles
Thanks for visiting, have a wonderful day and stay warm and cozy!

Day 5- Too Tweet
Today is the 5th and Final Day of Sweet N Sassy stamps January new release features. The set we are featuring today is
Here is the card I have to share with you today:
I stamped the sweet little bird 3 times (twice onto patterned paper and once on the vanilla). I cut the 2 patterned birds out, used an exacto knife to cut around the wing on one of them and then adhered the 2 birds together before popping them up over the bird stamped on vanilla. Patterned paper is an older DCWV 4X6 pad called Nana's Nursery baby boy. I just love how the little birds in the paper coordinate so well with the image so I knew I wanted to make a card with it. I used the scallop border die along the bottom.
Here is a close up showing the dimension on the bird
