Seymore is a feelin a little dragon

Hi there! Today I made a card for the color challenge on SCS. I had the image mostly colored since I have spent so much time on the couch but I left part of it uncolored so that I could coordinate with dp or the color challenge. I was pretty fortunate because one of the colors today was garden green so I hit the jackpot with the green dragon LOL.

I colored Seymore with copics, highlighted around the image with my paint brush which I dabbed in my baja ink pad and then sewed him onto the blue matte which I then distressed with my scissors. I stamped the green strip with the Rx bottle and ice pack, sewed around the edges and distressed it. The baja layer I ran through my tiny bubbles cuttlebug folder and sewed it to the blue matte which I also distressed before attaching to the white card base. I stamped the sentiment and punched with a circle punch. I distressed those too. I finished the card with some dew drops that I colored with my copics to match the card.

Inside of card:

Supplies:
stamps- high hopes Seymore's sick day, tail not waggin set
CS- white, baja breeze, pacific point, garden green
accessories- copics (E31, E33, G21, G94, B06, R46, C1, C3), dew drops, tiny bubbles cuttlebug folder, circle punch, sewing machine

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a good one!

Oh my gosh! This is just too darn cute!!!! I love the dragon and the sentiment inside would bring a smile to anyone's face- no matter how 'dragon' they were feeling :D. Took some time to browse your blog and had so much fun. Great cards!
